Fall Concert Coming Up November 23

The Fall 2025 Semester concert theme is "Sacred and Secular Music by Women Composers". The rich heritage of works by women composers will provide a showcase of their works. A variety of works will span the ages with compositions from the Middle Ages to the present. Composers  will include Hilldegard von Bingham, German Benedictine abbess composer, writer and visionary in the High Middle Ages; Maddalena Casulana, 16th century Italian composer of the first printed publication by a woman in western music history; Clara Schumann, Romantic era German composer; Undine Moore and Alice Parker, arrangers of well-loved spirituals well as living women composers.

Please join us Sunday, November 23 at 3 PM in St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 5400 Old Canton Rd, Jackson, MS 39211
